Small Group virtual
1-1 Virtual
Small Group virtual will be strength training based while having some cardio/ HIIT stations baked in. The benefits of small group are we can create a group feel while also allowing for a greater degree of personalization as far as forms and working towards individual goals. Class is about ~45 minutes. Having some weights will allow you to get the most out of the class.
Zoom personal training would be 1-1 and really gives us a chance to center the entire training session around you and your goals. Usually with 1-1 we start with more of a postural foundation of exercise selection and then continue to ramp up from there. The exercises we select will be based solely around your short term and long term goals... Also a great way to learn basics if you are newer to fitness training. ~45 to ~50 minute sessions.
In-Home Personal
6 week program design consultation/writeup/ support
In-Home sessions are a great way to really add accountability to your training routine. I bring the equipment and whether it's a small group or 1-1 we can really make the most of your time and energy by me coming to you. Great way to develop strong habits and gives me the greatest opportunity to build workouts in the most optimal way for you.
Written workout plans are great if you are a self starter and just need some guidance on what you should be doing in the gym. I write them in 6 week cycles and each week we do a brief check-in on your progress.
